Here’s an awesome way to lose weight: get a dog!
Well… Beside being man’s best friend dogs can actually help increase your level of activity.
Most dogs need to go out at least 2 times per day.
So, walking for 30 minutes twice a day, every day of the week, will definitely help you shed some pounds!
My favorite breed is the Dachshund. It’s probably not the best breed to help in your weight loss (there are dogs with high energy levels) quest but it adorable.
